This project will tell stories of love and separation when migrating to a place of safety. Those seeking refuge due to war, genocide, poverty, and pain are often portrayed in a negative manner. Here, we highlight the heartbreak experienced and overlooked across journeys. Refugees experience extreme turmoil, danger, and suffering, how does it feel when separation, heartbreak, or even romance as an escape is added?
